Ashley Erikson aka Miss Magnolia

President & Founder

Ashley Erikson graduated from Cal State Northridge with her B.A. in Creative Writing, and has since used her extensive writing background and eye for design to build herself a career within Magnolia Park. In 2011, Ashley was brought on to help coordinate and manage the monthly Ladies Night Out event for the local merchants. Her business, Ashley Erikson Media, is widely used throughout Magnolia, from websites, to design, to social media. In 2013, she took on the roll of coordinating the annual Holiday in the Park event which was a huge success to the area. Finally, in 2014, Ashley founded the Magnolia Park Merchants Association. As President, she plans on transforming Magnolia Park into a destination hot spot. Her goal is to create Magnolia Park into a place that locals and out-of-towners will be excited to shop and dine, and also a warm and welcoming area for people to live, raise their kids, and grow with.

You can find Ashley in Magnolia Park often, either strolling with her two young boys or busy working, snapping pictures, and running from store to store.    READ MORE ABOUT MISS MAGNOLIA

Theresa Hanna

Theresa Hanna is the owner of Bell Cottage on Magnolia Blvd. Prior to owning the store she was a teacher at Village Christian Schools, in Sun Valley, for twelve years. She taught subjects such as art, yearbook, and home economics. Around eight years ago, she and her husband, David, took a daring leap of faith and purchased Bell Cottage. Since then she has flourished as a local business owner.

As a former art teacher, Theresa has brought a unique sense of creativity to not only Bell Cottage, but also Magnolia Park. Having grown up and lived in the Burbank area her whole life, she loves the small town feel with the big city perks that it brings. She loves community, and is always coming up with new ideas on how to bless everyone with a good time - whether it is a regular day at the store, or an event that Magnolia Park puts on.

Jenny Deahl

Jenny Deahl has been the Operations Manager at Peggy Woods Pet Emporium for many years. She is an active promoter for Magnolia Park's functions and events. Jenny smoothly runs a full service pet store with many animals, birds, rabbits, fish, reptiles, and most recently: cat and dog adoptions. The store also carries a very extensive inventory on most/all pet supplies. Jenny is a community friend who is motivated, a hard worker, has a real go-getter attitude, and always finishes the task at hand.

Bryce DeVincenzi aka The Magnolia Park Guy

Board Member

Bryce DeVincenzi aka "The Magnolia Park Guy," is a real estate agent who lives and works in Magnolia Park. He and his wife fell in love with Magnolia Park 10 years ago, and it was not long before they bought a house right around the corner from Pinnochios and Bearded Lady Vintage. Dedicated to the preservation of the charm and integrity of Magnolia Park, Bryce adheres to his Mantra of " I Am Here to Help. " That goes for all the merchants and residents of Magnolia Park.

When it comes to helping out, Bryce has always been willing to do what needs to be done; From helping out with Ladies Night Out, picking up trash, hanging bows and ribbons for Holiday in the Park, passing out Merchant Association Information, he is proud to be a foot soldier for the Merchants. He is looking forward to working hard on behalf of the Merchants of Magnolia Park with his fellow Board Members, and is enthusiastic about all the positive changes to come to our special neighborhood.

David Hanna

Board Member

David Hanna owns the store, Bell Cottage, with his wife Theresa. He is also the local butcher at Ralphs. It is not uncommon to see him helping out his Bell Cottage customers get the best meat possible, while at Ralphs. David also used to coach football, track and field, and cross country at Village Christian. He uses the skills that he has acquired from all of these positions to make Bell Cottage and Magnolia Park the best place to shop, eat, and just enjoy.

David is constantly thinking of new ways to improve quality of service and experience. Like Theresa, David has grown up and lived in the Burbank area for many years and loves seeing this area flourish.
